Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Requirement

Fouzia Enterprises is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our India delivery team. In this role, you will work on client projects across enterprise applications and digital platforms.

• Experience: 4–5 years in full stack development
• Work mode: Hybrid, so you will split your time between our Hyderabad office and remote working
• Engagement: Initially contract to hire; after that, conversion to a full-time role is based on performance and project needs
• Joining: In addition, immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice are preferred

Java Full Stack Developer – Job Description

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot, as well as modern front-end frameworks
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices
• Also develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React
• Write clean, testable code so that it is easy to maintain and extend
• Work with relational databases, for example designing schemas and writing optimised queries
• Additionally, take part in requirement discussions, sprint planning and code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the stack
• Moreover, support deployments through CI/CD pipelines together with the DevOps team
• Finally, coordinate with project managers, QA and client stakeholders to deliver on schedule

Core Skills Expected

Must have:

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot
• Microservices architecture as well as REST API development
• Hibernate / JPA
• Front-end development with Angular or React, along with JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• SQL databases, for example MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Version control using Git
• Also, unit testing with JUnit / Mockito

Good to have:

• Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins
• In addition, exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure
• NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
• Experience in Agile / Scrum teams
• Furthermore, prior experience in client-facing IT services projects

• Active participation in stand-ups, sprint meetings and code reviews
• Clear emails and status updates, as well as well-structured documentation
• Timely responses on agreed channels, particularly on remote days
• Moreover, asking for clarity early rather than working on assumptions
